The only items available are those currently visible on our website. If you can see it, it’s in stock and ready to be made just for you!
All orders are sent into production immediately after you place them—this means we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they’ve been submitted.
Orders may ship from different facilities, depending on the item, so you might receive separate packages.
Processing time: 3–5 business days
Shipping time: Depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.
When checking out, please read carefully and select the shipping option that best fits your needs. Tonyelle Speaks is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled, or delayed by USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
